SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Belmont Body Jewelry is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by government authorities or carriers.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $250 CAD. For orders shipped to the United States, free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Belmont Body Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

FINAL SALE

For hygiene and safety reasons, all body jewelry sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review product specifications, sizing, threading, and other product details before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

RETURN SHIPPING

In situations where a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Belmont Body Jewelry.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
